Provider Letter for Essential Caregiver Visits at Assisted Living Facility
As the state reopened following COVID, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission adopted an expanded emergency rule to allow for essential caregiver visits, end-of-life visits, limited indoor and outdoor visitation, and salon services visits in assisted living facilities.
